As Founder and Creative Director for Echo Artz, Chuck is responsible for the development of the firm as well as managing certain projects. Chuck has over 25 years experience in the "Sign and Graphics Industry" and more than 15 years expertise in the "Themed Entertainment Industry". He has designed and produced many recognizable attractions thru-out the industry; from dark rides to stage shows, logos to super-graphics, night-clubs to themed restaurants and practically everything in between. Chuck has a stellar reputation resulting from these opportunities and strives for excellence within his career, firm and the industry.

From 1996 through 2001, Mr. Yex was Creative Director for The Nassal Company in Orlando, where he supervised all aspects of conceptual design, shop production and fabrication, artistic development and quality control for all company projects. In addition to managing 60 artists and craftsmen, his responsibilities included company sales and presentations, corporate identity, client assurances and project management.

Previously, Chuck was a Sign and Graphic Designer for Universal Studios® Orlando and the Walt Disney Company®, in Lake Buena Vista, FL. At Disney, Mr. Yex was one of five foremen in the sign department which consisted of over fifty craftspeople. His responsibilities included art direction, work assignments, and production coordination and included projects such as, Typhoon Lagoon® rehab, Splash Mountain graphics, and the Disney-Oldsmobile® Golf Classic. In 1992, Chuck was appointed to The Quality Circle, a committee that brainstorms ideas for the betterment of the Disney work environment, improvement of employee relations, and increased productivity.

Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company®, Chuck owned Majestic Sign Company employing seven graphic artists in his Cleveland, OH facility. Clients of particular note included IBM, The U.S. Army, Clairol, and the Food Marketing Institute. He earned his degree from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1983.
